Madison is passionate about building genuine relationships with participants, families and support workers. She has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, heard and valued, ensuring every participant receives a positive and personalised experience with Sorelle.
Madison brings experience in participant liaison, administration, customer service and healthcare reception. Having previously worked as a Client Liaison Officer within the NDIS sector and as a Medical Receptionist, she understands the importance of communication, organisation and creating a welcoming experience for every person she supports.
As Sorelle’s Participant Liaison Officer, Madison is dedicated to ensuring participants and their families feel supported from their very first interaction. Her warm and caring nature, combined with her strong organisational skills, allows her to build meaningful relationships while helping participants access the right supports, services and opportunities to achieve their goals.
